Overview

Kidbrooke Village is located in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and comprises four neighbourhoods integrated into one community: The Village Centre, The Nature Collection, The Blackheath Collection and City Point. The development is surrounded by more than 86 acres of open parkland and features modern, energy-efficient apartments and houses.

Scope of Works

Balguard were commissioned to design, manufacture and install a large scale architectural metalwork package which included a wide range of elements such as:

Balconies (including Balustrades)
Juliet balconies
Brise soleil
Basement metal screens
Internal bike racks
Ventilation louvres to plant rooms
Basement downpipe guards
Basement Armco barriers
Basement emergency access stairs including handrails & railings
Wall side handrails to stairs
Residential and commercial entrance canopies
External gates
External glass balustrades
